Covid-19 or simply coronavirus has changed our lives drastically. What came in at the virus in a market in Wuhan,China has now spread all across the world. Affecting various sectors of the world the educational sector also suffered a huge blow. In the process of healing from this, coma we have developed new methods of education to help to continue hassle free learning all around the world.
In both the rural and the urban regions of India - people have work out ways that are unique yet efficient. Even the people around the world have developed methods to continue education under the current situation. In a village in India, the villagers developed a unique yet very easily a applicable learning platform. They asked all the teachers to teach in Bullock carts with attached speakers connected all around the village. In Japan, a school organised virtual atmospheres to give the student a n near reality graduation ceremony experience.Though this crisis is devastating, it is helping schools and even colleges to become technological advanced. Even the government took some initiatives to launch e learning apps and Portal such as epathshala, Swayam, stem based education and more.
Though we have managed to stand up from the blow, we haven't completely recovered. This pandemic lead to a more evident gap in the education in lesser developed villages. Many people have been found to not be able to afford any devices to support e learning. While many others don't have any knowledge on using internet. Though the government is trying to put its best foot forward, there are yet some people who haven't been updated about the use of internet and other such informations. As we move into the unknown future, each day and each minute, more people are being educated on e-learning. Even as you read this, people are suffering due to the lack of literacy and some may start to enjoy the new found privilege of being able to study or educate their little children. And as we walked into the uncertain new world, let us make sure nobody suffers more than the other. The recovery may take time but you can increase the rate of recovery by doing whatever little you can. Remember you can make a difference!
